TDSP - C++ based simulation tool for signals and communication

tdsp is based on Root . integrates fftw and matlab

02.03.03 - started with atlas integration. Atlas-based cblas and lapack libraries are dynamicly loaded by TDSPVector::LoadATLAS(). Note that there are still no official atlas-so's. I build myself some binary rpms.
30.07.03 - Windows build tree is still not uptodate - you have to update the VS-Project files yourself (manually)
